Events Open to Public

The events listed below are open to the public and are held at the Rochester Rod and Gun Club in Rochester, Ohio.  These events vary in price from free to $30 per person.  For additional information contact me or the Rochester Rod and Gun Club website.

• Cops vs. Cowboys Competition Shoot July 30, 8a-3p
  • This is a 3-gun fundraiser for the Ohio Search Dog Association.  Local law enforcement has as modern day firearm "shoot-out" against the yester-years of cowboy action shooters.  $10 entry fee.  Open to anyone from either side.  Come to play or just watch.  Lunch for a small fee.  Check out the Fireland Peacemakers for more information/registration.
• Lorain County Fair NRA Membership & Renewal Booth August 22-28
  • Come find Emory King and members of the Rochester Rod & Gun Club for your NRA membership.  Save $10 at our booth.  Located by the big oak tree just before the kiddie rides.
• Rochester Rod & Gun - 20 Gun Raffle September 10, 5p-?
  • Ticket gets you all you can eat and drink, entry in to the 20 gun raffle and door prize.  Side raffles throughout the night.  Winner need not be present to win.  I have sold a winning ticket two years in a row!
